Going to the gym was not going too well for Tiffany. We’ve decided to replace her gym with going for walks every day and playing tennis once a week.
However I am still keeping up with my gym schedule plus I go for a walk with my baby in the jogging stroller regularly. It’s the best time of the day for both of us – she sleeps and I walk and listen to my audio books for a change. Unfortunately I can’t jog yet, I guess, because baby is 4 month old, not able to sit unassisted. I am very glad to say I am almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight!
