Healthy weight lossNo food after 7 pm alone will help you to lose weight. Sometimes it’s difficult to follow though. When you host a party or go visiting someone you offer or you are offered food. And it’s not because you are hungry it’s because this is the way we socialize. It would be simply rude not to eat. So what can be done? How about offering a fruit platter? I know fruits loaded with sugar but it’s light, no fat, digested well and it can easily pass for a desert.

I think it’s okay to have meal after 7 pm but only rarely and if you make it light. Otherwises stay away from eating late. This simple rule adds to your health enormously. At night the special hormones are released that repair your body unless your body is busy digesting food you ate just before going to bed. Help your body to help you. Just remember when handled properly our body is capable of so much.
