    Hi
I would disagree about this being the first question. The first question should be ‘What am I doing in my life that is not helping me to lose weight?’

Write a list about all the causes which stop you from losing weight and then see what you can do to address each item on the list.

As with any problem, you need to get to the root of it before focusing on solutions.

I do completely agree that motivation is the key to weight loss. You can attempt to lose weight through diets, pills,or any method you choose, but unless your mind is fully prepared for what you are going to do,you will either fail or end up back to square one at some point.

Lets face it,nothing can be achieved successfully if you are not motivated to do it.
