Do whatever it takes to stay committed to losing weight. Launch a blog about weight loss.  Even if you are not a tech person like me, trust me, it’s easier then you think.

If you are not a big fan of writing – not a problem either. Just set up your blog with “email to post” feature and every time you eat something take a picture with your cell phone camera and send it over to your blog. Now you can track everything you eat to analyze it later.
