Give it a try – it is healthier than anything you ever ate that involves vanilla beans. Watching what you eat is a huge factor in maintaining your weight for a long run just so you don’t have to losing weight again.

Here is a simple and delicious vanilla dip recipe to help you eat healthy.  Load your plate with vegetables – it’s low in calories, full of vitamins and fiber. Also it’s live food so it should be digested well supplying you with plenty of energy.  This recipe comes from kraft.com

1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg.  (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 pkg.  (298 g) pound cake, cut into 12 slices
1 pt. (2 cups) strawberries, sliced
6 Tbsp.  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in 3/4 cup whipped topping.

PLACE 1 of the cake slices on each of six dessert plates. Top evenly with half of the strawberries and all of the pudding mixture. Cover with the remaining cake slices and the remaining strawberries. Top with the remaining whipped topping.

SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
