11 Ways to Emotional Stability and Stress Free Living

Stress can become a cause of many illnesses and it can make us depressed and obese. We live in a society that is overflowing with stress and we are passing this tension from person to person. If we are not skilled to managed stress it will affect our life and in many cases it will even reduce our life. So what we can do to avoid stress and live healthy and happily?

  • Acknowledge that we create most of our problems in our head. Many problems can be avoided or don’t exist on the first place depending on how you view your circumstances.
  • Be grateful for everything you have.
  • Keep yourself busy with thing that you love. Make room for hobbies and explore your interests. Adopt a plant or pet. Take care of them and see them grow.
  • Find time to exercise regularly or stay active by doing things that brings you joy like walking your dog or playing tags with your kids outside. Exercising will bring you energy and emotional stability.
  • Laugh as much as you can. Buy humor books, watch comedies and smile smile smile even if others think that you are nut.
  • Eat healthy. Free up some energy by eating live food. Do not overeat.
  • Find 15 minutes every day for breathing exercises. Here is very simple but powerful breezing technique. Inhale slowly counting in your mind 1-2-3-4, then hold for 4 counts, exhale slowly for 4 counts, hold 4 counts. Repeat 7 times.  It is very easy and it’s been known as Jesus’s practices and found in many yoga practices nowadays.
  • If you are not happy with your weight find ways to lose weight and this time stick to your weight loss program.
  • Clean you room or house, donate your old wardrobe to charity, stay clutter free.Learn to meditate and practice meditation regularly.

As you can see there are many ways to manage the stress, so adopt something that suits you and make it your habit. Just remember that most of the things you worry about don’t even happen to you.
