If you see it is working for you and it benefits your health then don’t stop even if you lose required pounds.
If you can’t go for a walk then go to the gym and use cardio machine – it’s all you need for fat loss. However if your goal is to be fit and strong then you need to use other exercise equipment as well. Yoga ball and free weights produce great results and it’s not expensive to have them at home too.
If you want to lose weight permanently and healthy there is no other way but to lose weight through exercise and healthy eating. Don’t expect fast results but you can count on long lasting if it’s not ever lasting weight loss and healthier you.
