“I smoke three packs of cigarettes a day,” he said. “I also drink a case of whiskey a week, eat fatty foods, and never exercise.”
“That’s amazing,” the woman said. “How old are you?”
“Twenty-six,” he said.

Brush Teeth to Stay Slim!

Here is another healthy habit you can do to maintain your ideal weight –                                 brush your teeth after each meal!

Following this simple oral hygiene you improve your dental health; it’s also a sign of a healthy person with fresh breath all the time. And finally you less likely reach for something else after you had your meal and brushed your teeth. It’s like you’re telling your body – I am done with food for now.

If you combine this with “No food after 7 pm” you will be not only maintaining your weight you will be losing weight. So get your supply of toothpaste, you will need a lot of it now.

People talk a lot about weight loss tea lately. It looks like it has become a popular solution to lose weight or at least an aid to weight loss problem in some way.

Is it really possible to lose weight by drinking weight loss tea? What does it consist of? I wanted to examine every herb that included in such teas.

Little Tricks to Lose Weight

Never skip your salad, instead double your salad portion just before you tap into your main course. By eating salad first you will be killing two birds with one stone. First of all by eating salad you are filling yourself up with fiber and so much needed vitamins. Secondly most likely you won’t be hungry for your main course dish that contains higher amount of calories.

losing baby weight joggingJogging strollers have been invented for a reason, that’s for sure. My baby loves to ride in that stroller. I find that she sleeps longer when she is in the stroller. Plus it gives me time to jog in the park or just walk and listen to my mp3 player. If the weather permits I walk for three hours per day. It was tiring at first but after week or two you don’t even notice you walk for so long. I am trying to explore different parts of my neighborhood so I never bored.

Also I listen to different kinds of audio books or podcast and often I get so involved listening that time flies by so fast. My last audio book that I was listening to was “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Families” by Steven Covey.  This book is kind of short version and adaptation of his previous bestseller “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”. Still it’s great book with lots of personal stories. Believe me, when you have nine children, and that’s how many children Steven Covey has, you have loads of stories to tell.

For podcast and for weight loss motivation at the same time I suggest to subscribe to Arlene Pellicane’s free Losing Weight After Baby podcast. Losing weight can be so much easier if you manage to keep your motivation up. For some people it can be a pair of skinny jeans, for some it’s a friend who is always there to encourage you losing weight. Podcast is just another excellent tool to keep you staying on “Losing weight” wave.

Weight Loss HumorHumor is good for your wellbeing – of course we all know that. However, only a few people dedicate a special time to laugh, in most cases it’s just a matter of circumstances. Here is what I did to laugh more – I went to the book store and bought a bunch of little joke books and then I put them in all rooms around the house including washrooms. Since then you can hear me laughing much more often. But here is a good weight loss joke for you.
